1. Acceptance & eligibility
By accessing or using Refaucet, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 13 years old. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You may not use Refaucet if you are suspended, restricted, or prohibited by law. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts & security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including submissions, deposits, and withdrawals. We may require email verification or two-factor authentication for high-risk actions.
You may not share accounts, sell access, or use automated tools to access the platform. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear compromised or abused.
3. Platform balances, credits, and rewards
Refaucet uses separate balances:
- Balance (Normal): earnings from tasks, PTC, shortlinks, faucet, miner, and referrals.
- Deposit Balance: advertiser deposits used for campaigns and platform spend.
Rewards are denominated in REFT credits and have no cash value outside the platform. We may correct balances for errors, fraud, invalid proof, or policy violations.
4. Deposits
Deposits credit your Deposit Balance only and are used to fund advertising campaigns. Deposits are not withdrawable. Once spend begins, refunds are not guaranteed. Payment providers may charge fees or require verification.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available from your Normal balance only. We may enforce minimums, review requests for fraud, or require additional verification. Processing times and fees vary by provider, and external delays are outside our control.
To protect against sudden price spikes, payouts may be sent up to 1% below the estimated value shown at the time of request.
6. Tasks, PTC, and shortlinks participation
You must complete campaigns honestly and follow the instructions provided. Automated activity, scripts, or emulators are prohibited. You may not manipulate tracking links, shorten required dwell times, or misrepresent completion.
- Complete each task only within the allowed window.
- Do not use VPNs or proxies to bypass limits.
- Do not submit AI-generated or falsified proof.
- Respect campaign time limits, cooldowns, and frequency.
7. Proof submissions and content
Some tasks require proof such as text, URLs, or screenshots. Proof must be original, relevant to the task, and free of sensitive personal data. Submitted proof can be reviewed by Refaucet staff and the advertiser, and may be retained for audit and dispute resolution.
8. Uniqueness, rate limits, and cooldowns
We enforce uniqueness rules based on IP address, device ID, and account history. Cooldowns and completion windows are designed to protect advertisers and platform integrity. Attempts that violate these rules may be rejected or reversed.
9. Advertiser responsibilities
Advertisers must provide clear, lawful instructions and working links. Campaigns must not mislead users, request sensitive data improperly, or violate third-party rights. Budgets are reserved from the Deposit Balance and spent on valid completions only.
10. Reviews, auto-approval, and disputes
Submissions may be reviewed automatically or manually. Disputes require evidence from both parties. We may reverse or withhold rewards if submissions are incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant. Advertisers who fail to review in time may have submissions auto-approved.
Refaucet may take final action on disputed submissions to protect the platform and its users.
11. Prohibited conduct
You may not abuse the platform, harass others, send spam, or attempt to exploit rewards. Prohibited conduct includes account sharing, multi-accounting, fraudulent campaigns, or any activity that harms users or advertisers.
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to earn rewards.
- Submitting misleading or manipulated proof.
- Reverse engineering or exploiting the platform.
- Impersonation or misuse of third-party brands.
12. Intellectual property & content
Refaucet and its branding, software, and content are owned by Refaucet or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission. By submitting content or proof, you grant Refaucet a non-exclusive license to use it for moderation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
13. Third-party links and services
Tasks and PTC campaigns may link to third-party merchants or services. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. You use third-party services at your own risk.
14. Termination and account actions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks. Pending rewards may be withheld while we investigate potential abuse. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of rewards.
15. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Refaucet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for third-party merchant content, links, or services accessed through tasks or PTC campaigns. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refaucet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
